Description
Straight Forward Foundation (SFF) is an NGO with its Office in Kisarawe, Pwani region, registered in Tanzania Mainland in the year 2014 under the NGOs Act No. 24/2002. Due to social and economic challenges that face Tanzanian communities to attaining better life, SFF was formed so as to be a bridge to economic and social development to different categories of people in Tanzania Mainland.
Members of this NGO believe that unity is power and separation is weakness and there is no progress can be attained without the key of life which is education.
However this NGO undertakes its operations and provides its services in line with existing national policies, legislations and guidelines to include Tanzania Development Vision of 2025, National Stategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty II, National Policy on Disability (2004)

Mission of the organization is to contribute to the National Stategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty II by building capacity to the communities on Human Rights and the fundamentals of good governance through sermons, workshops, conferences and dialogues, whereas the vision is that when it reaches 2025, the Tanzania community especially women and youths are clearly aware of Human Rights and other rights, Democracy and Good Governance.
Also, to make sure that Democracy is in its position and Good Governance improved in order to practically implement the National Stategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty II

SFF would like to recruit dynamic and qualified personnel to fill the vacant position of Office Assistant. Applications are therefore invited from only suitably qualified Tanzanians for the following positions

Purpose of the job.
To distribute mail, documents to staff and perform other office duties directed from time to time.

Major activities of the job.
Daily office cleanliness
Distribute documents to respective officials.
Prepare and distribute tea to staff and visitors
Receive and forward mail to Post office
Move files to and from registries .
Custodian of office entrance keys
Photocopy and bind documents
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Minimum job requirements
Qualifications
Certificate of Secondary Education.
Age not exceed 40 years by the time of application.
Computer certificate or or its equivalent is not essential, but will be an added advantage.
