Responsibility


§  Ensure gender issues are taken into account in project value chain planning budgeting and evaluations. Identifications and implementations of practical’s
§  Conduct gender audit of activities plans budget TOR OF consultancies providers
§  Ensure the effective participations of the women and  other vulnerable groups in the project activities and provide specific back stopping on gender issues

§  Identify best practice of gender and quality and economy strengthening and contribute to the capitalism of experience


Capacity Building
§  Ensure each thematic area capacity needs assessment and skills development plans are established
§  Organize and oversee the implementations of the capacity building again
§  Identify the assess service provider in the field of capacity building
§  Ensure that training modules and approaches respect the principle of adults educations action research and learning by the doing

Profile
§  Tanzania national
§  Degree in one of the following discipline gender and agricultural, development human resources management, rural development community development social science
§  Technical skills in gender analysis gender mainstreaming empowerment, of women groups adult educations
§  8 years experience 4 with NGO
§  5 years experience in training and management of programs of capacity building
§  Experience with agriculture business

Experienced Required
§  Hand on flexible, proactive altitude, and able to work with minimum supervisions
§  Excel communications skills
§  Excellent in oral and written English and Kiswahili
§  Computer literacy
§  Willing to work and live Kigoma
