Sales and Marketing Officers (3 Post)
Purpose of Job:
We are looking for Sales and Marketing officer with strong customer service back ground to be based in Dar-es-salaam.
Duties and Responsibility
Acting as the liaison officer between customers and company sales
Preparing letter to customer, Confirming appointment, Quotation and Confirmation of orders.
Booking Installation, services and survey visits to clients premises.
Operating and keeping the company database up to date.
Posting of daily services record sheets.
Promoting all company products through increasing emphasing on new sales.
Keeping track of the movement of clients files.
Assisting in debt collection.
Any other duty assigned by supervisor.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales Management recognized by Financial Institution.
Computer Literate(Ms word, Excel, access, powerpoint)
Professional, Excellent Customer services
Sales oriented, being driven, positive and confident
Ability to meet targets and hungry for success
? Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Swahili language
? Must be have driver licences add advantages
? One year and above of sales and Marketing Experience
