B2B Pricing & CVM Manager

Job Description: 

JOB PURPOSE

The B2B Pricing & CVM manager will be responsible for: 

§     B2B postpaid and prepaid mobile pricing strategies
§     Competitor benchmarking, market insight and regular analysis of competitors’ offers vs    Tigo business mobile, ensuring appropriate pricing aligned with B2B strategy.
§     Implementing the Tigo business value management & retention strategy in order to achieve the objectives of increasing ARPU, Churn control and increasing high value market share within B2B, contributing to the financial objective of incremental budgeted revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

§     Pricing and Market insight:
§     Postpaid and prepaid mobile pricing strategies.
§     Define and implement mobile data monetization tactics and mobile VAS services.
§     Bid management & pricing for large corporates and government accounts.
§     Design of segment specific offers across B2B – from SOHO to Large.
§     Regular assessment of market positioning & competitor benchmarking of core mobile portfolio.
§     Leading the impact assessment of market trends & competitor activity, taking corrective action where necessary in alignment with Tigo Business strategy.
§     Regularly monitor the competitiveness and profitability of product prices, making adjustments where necessary.

Retention, Churn management and Loyalty:


§     Initiates deep analytical research to understand key churn drivers and trends.
§     Implement necessary action to reduce churn.Churn volume and value analysis, reporting & forecast, with recommendations.
§     Generating key customer insights based on data analysis and identifying new revenue opportunities
