Early Childhood Development Manager

BRAC International is seeking application from competent, dynamic and self- motivated individuals to fill up the following position:

Key Responsibilities:  



§     Overall planning and management of ECD project in BRAC Tanzania and resource mobilization for expansion of the project.
§      Developing proposals and budgets for the project and ensuring timely and proper utilization of funds, timely submission of reports for donors and management. 
§     Recruitment and development of staffs and Play lab leaders this includes appraising job performance of all staffs of this project. 
§     Analyzing monitoring, audit and research reports to ensure program quality and heading quality assurance team. 
§     Responsible for overall management of procurement. Logistics and administration of project. This includes maintaining regular liaison with BMT Education team.
§      Maintaining liaison with government, donors, school authority and other development agencies. Any other task assigned by the Supervisor. Person Specifications: 
§      Excellent programme implementation and management skills through work experience with community-based NGOs in developing countries.
§      Masters/Graduate in Education or Early Child Development or any other related field from any recognizable university with excellent academic record. 
§     At least three years working experience in the relevant field with Early Childhood D evelopment programs.
