Please refer to the minimum
criteria per position advertised:
❑ Assistant General Manager: Successful
completion of a 3 year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years’
experience as an Assistant General Manager / Junior Assistant General Manager.
Previous experience on plus Point will be advantageous.
❑ Junior Assistant General Manager: Successful completion of a 3 year Hotel School Diploma or
Equivalent, at least 1 years’ experience as a FOC / equivalent, with proven
exposure to all departments for the past 1 year. Previous experience on Plus
Point will be advantageous.
❑ Front Office Coordinator: Successful
completion of a hospitality related certificate, at least 2 years reception
experience.
❑ Financial Controller:
Successful completion of a formal BCom accounting qualification or Equivalent,
at least 3 year’s experience as a Bookkeeper or equivalent and a sound
knowledge of Tanzanian taxation requirements.
❑ Executive H9psekeeper: Successful
completion of Senior Secondary School, hospitality related certificate or
diploma, at least two years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
❑ Maintenance Supervisor: Successful
completion of Senior Secondary School, a qualification in electrical and or
plumbing disciplines, at least two years of Maintenance or Handyman experience.
❑ Food & Beverage Supervisor: Successful completing of Senior Secondary School, a
hospitality related diploma / equivalent, with 1 years restaurant or kitchen
experience.
§ Reception / Night Audit: Successful completion of
Senior Secondary School, a hospitality related certificate or
diploma, experience is not essential.
§ Reservations: Successful completion of
Senior Secondary School, a hospitality related certificate or diploma, at least
1 year’s experience in Front Office.
§ Housekeeping Guest Service Attendant: Successful completion of Senior Secondary School, experience is
not essential.
§ Laundry Supervisor: Successful completion of
Senior Secondary School, a hospitality related certificate or diploma, at least
1 year’s laundry experience.
§ Laundry Hand: Successful completion of
Senior Secondary School, experience is not essential.
§ Breakfast Cook / Public Area Attendant: Successful completion of Senior Secondary School, applicant
must have held a similar position for a minimum period of 1 year.
§ Barman: Successful completion of
Senior Secondary School, applicant must have held a similar position or a
minimum period of 1 year.
§ Wine Steward: Successful completion of
Senior Secondary School, applicant must have held a similar position for a
minimum period of 1 year.
§ Handyman: Successful completion of Senior
Secondary School, experience is not essential.
Please note that English verbal
and written skills are a prerequisite for all positions.
