Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College is a constituent College of Tumaini 

University Makumira, owned by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania. The College

is based within KCMC Hospital grounds in Moshi, Tanzania. The College trains health professionals for various University awards in clinical and health sciences. The College wishes to invite job applications from qualified academicians to take part in teaching, research and service in the following Departments / fields of specialties:

1. Physiology Department
 Associate Professor or Full Professor

Qualifications: MD, MSc in Physiology and PhD

2. Pathology Department
 Associate Professor or Senior Lecturer

Qualifications: MD, M.Med in Pathology, PhD

3. Anatomy Department
 Associate Professor or Senior Lecturer

Qualifications: MD, MSc in Anatomy, PhD

4. Prosthetics and Orthotics
 Senior Lecturers
 Lecturer
Qualifications: BSc & MSc in Prosthetics and Orthotics PhD

5. Nursing
 Associate Professor or Senior Lecturer for MSc Midwifery programme.
 Associate Professor or Senior Lecturer for Nursing Sciences.
Qualifications: BSc Nursing, MSc Midwifery, MSc Advanced Nursing Sciences, PhD

6. Physiotherapy
 Lecturer
 Assistant Lecturer
Qualifications: BSc, MSc in Physiotherapy, PhD

7. Optometry
 Assistant Lecturer
 Tutorial Assistant
Qualifications: BSc, MSc (for Asst Lecturer post)

8. Pharmacology
 Senior clinical pharmacologist (candidate with MD background).
Qualifications: MD, MSc Pharmacology, PhD

9. Psychiatry
 Lecturer or Senior Lecturer
Qualifications: MD, M. Med in Psychiatry

10. Psychology
 Assistant Lecturer
Qualifications: Bachelor / Master in Psychology,

11. Microbiology & Immunology
 Associate Professor or Full Professor
Qualifications: MD, M.Med in Microbiology & Immunology, PhD

First Degree: GPA: 3.7 OR B+; Master’s Degree: GPA: 4.0 OR B+
