Positions: Trainer
Duties and responsibilities
§ Support in preparing training schedules
§ Supporting the management to prepare participants database
§ Conducting training evaluation and filling evaluation forms
§ Help the management in ensuring efficient utilization of training resources
§ Maintaining the quality of training tools and equipments
§ Providing trainings to BRAC staff and external stakeholders according to the agreed terms
§ Develop new training modules and review the existing ones
§ Linking BRAC Learning Centre with other training hubs and centers.
§ Facilitating BRAC trainings, events, seminars and celebrations.
§ Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification:
§ Graduate/ Diploma in any related field
§ Prior experience in conducting training / seminar/ workshop
§ Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
§ Excellent presentation and communication skills.
