1.1 Report to Director General

 1.2 Qualifications

         Master's Degree in Social Security, Finance, Business Administration,

         Law Economics, Actuarial Science or equivalent qualification with

         At least thirteen years of relevant experience, five of which should be a

         middle management position in a reputable institution

         Should have strong background of social security laws, policies and

         practices in Tanzania

         Excellent computer application skills using word, excel and good

         knowledge of contributions and benefit packages

         Good analytical and management skills

         Good interpersonal and team building skills.

2.0 Chief Marketing and Communication Manager (One post)

2.1 Report to Director General

2.2 Qualifications

         Holder of a Master's Degree in Marketing or Communication or Public

         Relations, plus at least thirteen years of working experience, three of

         which must be at a supervisory position in a reputable institution

         Should have a strong background of social security or financial institutions

         Must be computer literate

3.0 Chief Accountant - (One post)

3.1 Reports to: Director of Finance and Administration

3.2 Qualifications

         Holder of a Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration and

         CPA (T) or equivalent qualifications with at least thirteen years of

         relevant experience three of which must be at senior position in a

         reputable institution.

         Must be registered by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors

         (NBAA) AS A Certified Public Accountant.

         Should have strong knowledge of International Financial Management  Information System.

4.0 Drivers - (Two posts)

4.1 Reports to Human Resources and Administration Manager

4.2 Qualifications

         Holder of Form Four Secondary education Certificate with class "C" Driving License

         Must have attended and passed Drivers Course Grade II or Trade Test

         Grade II in Motor Vehicle Mechanics from the National Institute of

         Transport, Vocational Education Trainning Authority (VETA) or other

         recognized institution plus driving experience in a reputable

         institution for at least three years with clean record
