Sales Officers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
2. Identifying the unexplored areas of business and trying techniques to explore the same and bring profit out of it.
3. Managing Sales and distributor across market. Forecast – preparation of detailed sales of market.
4. Providing complete assistance to the outlets/ dealers, channel Management (Distributors, Dealers , Retailers, Product Placement)
5. Ensuring faster TAT to the Dealers/ Retailers for their requirements to ensure satisfaction, particularly in issues pertaining to customer service, marketing and logistics.
6. Identifying distribution gaps and plan new distributors/ retailers appointment for expanding the channel network.
7. Monitor performance of distributor/ retailer and take corrective actions.
8. Quarterly reconciliation of sales.
9. Tracking of Market / Channel Inventory segment wise.
10. Share information of stock movement and order requirement with the distribute / retailer replenishment at the retail counters.
11. Share product, price and schemes with distributors and retailers time basis.
12. Inventory and stock management (stock planning, liquidation of edging and discounted stock)
13. Scheme management (ensuring timely processing of schemes, PD, Supports to channel)
14. Visual Merchandising – Effectively plan and execute BTL activities, product display support, POSM distribution & display, FISD placement & education to meet market requirement.
15. Liaison with the concerned marketing personnel to plan and implement advertisement & BTL activities at respective area level with a view to drive sales as per the business plan.
16. Plan a marketing calendar at the beginning of the month and recommend innovative marketing strategies for secondary and tertiary sales.
17. Random check of the quality of promoter & productivity.
18. Track performance of KRO’s against targets set In the beginning of the month.
19. Market Intelligence – Gather market data and share with Corporate for future product portfolio/ requirement, competitive liquidation schemes and marketing engagements.
20. Ensure clearance of all stocks, pending for deliveries at the earliest.
21. Adherence of Plan (PJP) strictly.
22. Review team weekly basis their targets & performance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in sales or similar position
- Must have good customer care skills
- Honesty and with high integrity
- Confident, adaptive and convincing
- Committed and hard worker
