Medical Officer II - (X3) Position Description:
Muhimbili
University of Health and Allied Sciences is inviting applications from suitably
qualified Tanzanians to be considered for employment to fill vacant posts
listed hereunder for MUHAS Academic
Medical Centre (MAMC) at University New Campus of Mloganzilla.
2. Medical Officer II - 3 POSTS
a) Required Qualifications
Holder of MD or their equivalents from a recognized Institution. Must have completed one year Internship and be registered by the Medical Council of Tanganyika as a Medical Officers
(b) Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures that prescribed instructions are carried out.
• Prepares ward round activities in collaboration with his/her serniors Supervises medical students and interns in clinical Duties and Responsibilities.
• Attends in and out patients.
• Attends emergency medical Duties and Responsibilities.
• Participates in morning clinical sessions, patient presentation and journal clubs.
• Participates in research activities.
• Participates in outreach programs. - ,
• Performs any other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior.
