Job Description: 
The Quality and Performance Institute (QPI) is a division of URC that has implemented quality improvement and operations research programs in health care since 1981 and continues to be at the cutting edge of health care improvement work in countries around the world.
The positions below are available for candidates who are eligible to work in Tanzania for an indefinite period without a need for sponsorship.
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Overseas all community activities to ensure complementary with other IPs
  • Responsible for community level CQI
  • Contributes to reporting
  • Liaise with DHMTs and RHMTs

Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree, in either International development, Social Sciences, Demography, Epidemiology or any related field
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience and a proven track record.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to review, synthesize information and produce quality community reports
  • Professional level of oral and written fluency in English language
