Role overview
To design and develop programs to improve vocational skills training methods of VET school teachers which will positively impact on the employability skills of trainees; Contribute to the review of VET curriculum in meeting the demands of local industries ans last to develop good practices and give advice in the area of skills training, contribute to the development of M&E tools that reflect the delivery of the training |
Skills, qualifications and experience required
The ideal candidate for this post will be responsible for the production, training and running of “world at work” curriculum, associated training packs, school guides, class kits |
Allowance and accommodation
All volunteers have an allowance paid in local currency. The allowance meets reasonable living expenses in country, but will not be enough to send money home.
VSO works with some of the poorest communities in the world which means accommodation varies and will be basic. |
