Seeks Staff for New Gender Based Violence (GBV) Prevention Project
The Bantwana Initiative of World Education seeks candidates for multiple positions for an anticipated Gender Based Violence (GBV), prevention and response program. The project is expected to commence in October 2016. Bantwana (www.bantwana.org) is an initiative of World Education, Inc. (www.worlded.org).
Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer - 1 position based in Arusha
Position Overview:
Coordinating monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities for the duration of the program. Maintain regular internal data verification protocols, including regular data quality assurance site visits using standardized tools and protocols. Coordinate data collection and monitor the quality and completeness of data for documenting project performance. Compile and analyze M&E data generated to ensure timely and accurate reporting and identification of best practices.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience designing, planning, implementing, managing monitoring and evaluation systems for USG-funded health and education programs; experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods; proficiency in relevant statistical software applications; fluent in English and Kiswahili; Bachelor's Degree or higher.
