Role overview
The ideal person in this position will work with Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) teachers and other advisers to develop and implement plan for the speech Labs that includes curriculum and approach. The position will be based in Lindi town with frequent travels to Mtwara town. She/he will also support training in provision of English language communication skills to teachers and students. |
Skills, qualifications and experience required
Degree and/or Advance Diploma in Education with specialization in language/communication skills or related Subjects Expertise in leadership and management of software systems like language laboratories for taching Proven knowledge of curriculum planning and development Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an intercultural environment Support the project teams on projects related to youth and career development - Confident in training, communication and presentation with competencies in coaching others |
The applicant with vocational skills background is highly encouraged to apply. The position is on voluntary basis therefore the cost of living is limited which may not allow the applicant to support other family commitment except for applicant's needs when in duties. |
