JOB OPPORTUNITIES

1. Administrative Assistant
Qualifications

– Holder of a minimum first degree in public Administration /Management added advantage would be extensive experience in project Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation, report Writing Skills for local and international audiences including funding agencies (eg World Bank,AU Projects, EU Projects), Education Management etc
– Highly competent in oral and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
– At least 5 years of relevant work experiences in a reputable international organization(s) /project (s)

2. Procurement /Supplies Officer
Qualifications
– Possession of degree in Materials Management /Procurement or its equivalent
– At least 5 years of relevant work experiences in a reputable international organization (s) (eg World Bank,AU or EU Projects, DANIDA, DFID)

3. Quality Assurance and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Qualifications
– This area of work is open to all graduates but degree in a relevant area such as Quality Assurance will be particularly helpful, especially if it includes Quality Management Modules as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Project Planning and Management, M&E; an added advantage would be knowledge in Statistics, Social Sciences, or another relevant discipline; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
– At least 5 years of relevant work experiences in implementing M&E and Q&A processes, or a combination of training and experience in a reputable international organizations (s) / projects

4. Centre Manager
Qualifications
– Holder of a minimum of MSc degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited academic institution majoring in the following area: Project Planning, Management and Administration; added advantage would be experience in Project Planning Budgeting Monitoring and Evaluation, Report Writing Skills for local and International Audiences including funding agencies (eg World Bank, AU Projects, EU Projects) , Education Management
– At least 5 years of relevant work experiences in a reputable international organization(s) /project (s)

5. Communication Officer
Qualifications
– Highly competent in oral and written communication skills both in English and Kiswahili
– Holder of a minimum of first degree in Mass Communication /Public Relations; MSC degree will be an added advantage
– Any other language (eg French) is an additional asset

Duration of all Contracts:
Position is based on a 2 years contract, full time, renewable subject to performance and includes a probation period of 6 months. Maximum duration of the contract will be 5 years.
