MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

POSITIONS: MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

REPORTS TO: DEPUTY MAINTAINANCE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

§     At least full technician certificate in mechanical engineering from a reputable recognized registered institutions or equivalent

§     2 years experience working in mechanical repair and or maintenance

§     Must computer literacy and able to communicate In English and Kiswahili

DUTIES AAND RESPONSIBILITIES

§     Assist the supervision of the execution of all mechanical maintenance and close work order in enterprises asset management system

§     Responsible for the execution of all mechanical maintenance for both corrective maintenance and planned maintenance shutdown in the area of the responsibility

§     Ensures spare parts availability for the respective working area

§     Ensure good housekeeping and safe working practice

§     Occupational safety and health authority compliance with the company requirements

§     Performa any other duties may be assigned

MILLS MANAGER PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LIMITED

POSITIONS: MILLS MANAGER

REPORTS TO: PRODUCTIONS MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

§     At least bachelor degree in chemical and process engineering  or equivalent recognized registered institutions

§     2 years experience working in manufacturing cement industry or equivalent

§     Must computer literacy and able to communicate In English and Kiswahili

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

§     Responsible for optimum utilizations of the mills to achieve productions target

§     Responsible for optimum utilizations of all productions resources to achieve all productions targets

§     Ensure that there is optimal process performance and good productions efficiency

§     Ensure the quality of the cement is  meets the set quality requirements

§      Liaise with the  maintenance department in planning in and maintenance of the machines

§      Responsible for providing assistance and support during the shutdown of mills

§      Ensure there is good housekeeping and safe working place

§     Responsible for overseeing the health safety of both staff and machines productions, quality and cost in order to comply with group standards and the occupational safety and health authority requirement

§     Perform any other duties that may be assigned

SALES ASSISTANT TANZANIA PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY LIMITED 

(TWIGA CEMENT)

POSITIONS:  SALES ASSISTANT

REPORTS TO:  SALES ADMINSTRATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

§     Bachelor degree in business administrations, finance, commerce, economics and its equivalent

§      1 year experience working in manufacturing/cement industry sales marketing or its equivalent

§     Must computer literacy and able to communicate In English and Kiswahili

DUTIES AAND RESPONSIBILITIES

§     Responsible for prepare sale order based on acceptance credit limits

§     Responsible for prepare and filling of delivery notes and tax invoice

§     Weighing and preparations of documents for the receipt of incoming and outgoing goods/products and material

§      Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of the weighbridge performance

§     Preparations of daily weighbridge reports

§     Ensure good housekeeping and safe working place

§     Reform any other duties that may be assigned
