Customer Service Representative

Opportunity:
The Customer Service Representative will learn a lot about Simusolarand can therefore seek other opportunities in the company over time, assuming they develop and demonstrate the required skills.

 Role Summary:
You are at the center of our business, supporting customers and sale personnel, resolving issues and also making sales.  For someone who is excellent in communication skills, good with a computer, and great with people, this role is a great place to start at our growing solar company.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for keeping customers and sales happy, and for making sale over the phone.  That includes:
-          Effectively manage a large number of incoming customer calls and provide support;
-          Accept ownership forrecording and managing customer issues, making sure they are addressed in short time;
-          Engage our technical support team as necessary to resolve issues;
-          Support Sales in registering new customers or resolving customer issues;
-          Providing information to customers about our products;
-          Make follow-up calls to learn from customers: was their issue resolved; what is their experience with our products;
-          Make calls to delinquent customers to learn the cause of their non-payment and encourage them to pay;
-          Make outgoing sales calls to customer leads;
-          Provide ideas for process improvement to team members and management.

Prerequisites:
A proven ability to work with people at all levels, as well as strong computer skills:
-          At least one-year telecommunication experience in customer care service;
-          Fluency with Microsoft Word and Excel;
-          Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and good under pressure;
-          Experience working in a client-focused environment;
-          You like people, and are good at calming others;
-          You are patient;
-          A quick learner at using other computing systems, demonstrated by your knowledge of other platforms;
-          High integrity and resilience.
