Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer - The Health & Insurance Management Services

 THE Health Insurance Management Services organizations (HMSO) Tanzania specialized in providing technical support for the development and promotions of community based health insurance has on immediate vacancy for Tanzania based monitoring and evaluations officer

PRIMA RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Program management support

-          Coordinate all M&E activities and initiative in the programme including tracking the updating project progress reports and operational PLAN

2.       System Development

-          Crating a frame work and procedure for the monitoring evaluations of project activities

-          Assists in proposing strategies to increase data use and demand among program

-          Assist program staff in clarifying the  project information’s needs

-          Support project staff on the way to properly document organize and capture program progress

3.       Data Management Analysis

-          Suggest ways to facilitates data collections and the flow of data within programs fields teams

-          Identify strength and weakness in existing data collections and management system and propose solutions

-          Perform regularly fields visits to ensure the quality of data collections program and to verify the accuracy of reported

Qualifications

-          Bachelor degree in social science, business or mathematical science preferably economics, statistics, actuarial science, mathematics, finance, accounting or other relevant the fields

-          2-3 years working experience

-          Qualitative and quantantive  study design and implementations

-          Experience in project budgeting and forecasting

-          Experience in developing and according data collections processing and analyst and report writing

-          Proficient data modeling and use of statistical analyst software such as tools such as SPSS AND STATA

Personal Characteristics Desire

o   Ability to balance work within submit their applications to

o   Strong organizations, communications, computer and interpersonal skills

o   Good technical writing skills

o   Fluent in English language
