POSITION: HEAD OF SALES ( 5 POSITIONS)

LAKE ZONE, COASTAL, SOUTHERN HIGLANDS, CENTRAL AND NOTHERN REGION

COMPANY OVER VIEW

We are looking for high- performing candidate to fill the position of head of sales – region with competence skills to meet our ambitious customer actuations target to ensure all Tanzania have access to the service country wide.  Head of sales – region responsibilities among other things will include developing and executing all key growth sales strategies tactics and actions plan required to achieve our finical target in respective region

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-          provides qualities leadership in all assigned tasks while upholding company values at all times
-          EXECUTI STRATEGIC PLAN to achieve sales  targets and expand to the company customer base
-          Direct the selling activities within the region, inclusive of source deployment and customer intersections.  Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with company objectives
-          Responsible for region sales forecasted and sales tracking
-          Set the vision for the region develop and adheres to a business plan to attain vision
-          Present progress report realist forecast to the management team
-          Empowered to make decision within the region on behalf of the region
-          Any other responsibilities as deemed necessary

REQUIREMENTS

-          Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding target
-          Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively  at all levels of the organization
-          Proven ability to drive the sales process plan to close
-          Demonstrable experience in developing client – focused different and achievable strategic solutions
-          Bachelor degree or equivalent with proven sales experience
