REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS

         At least bachelor degree in civil engineering or equivalent

         Must be registered with the engineering registered board

         At least 3 years experience in civil constructions industry  or civil work in Telecom industry

         Ability to influence others to accomplish project objectives though they report to others

         Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timeliness under significant pressure
