Position           : SALES EXECUTIVE

Company         : ATC AGRO

Reports to       : Country Manager/ General Manager

Duty station    :  Mtwara/ Mwanza/ Shinyanga/ Arusha

Open to           : Tanzania Nationals (males only)

Responsibilities:

Based at Arusha/Mtwara/Mwanza and extensive travelling in rural areas, finding out the new prospects and sell tractors, power tillers and farm implements.

Should capable to maintain the relationships with Bankers/Financers/ Govt. institutions/existing customers/ local mechanics and institutional customers in an assigned territory.

Capable to organize the field activities, conducting the customer meets in an assigned territory.

Should be able to report daily, weekly and monthly to the reporting superiors.

Desired skills:

 Fluent in English & Swahili

Presentation Skill

Eligibility:

Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture

Should have minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in selling the Tractors and Farm Equipment.

Must be self driven and able to meet the targets.
