1.       BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYESTEM ENGINEER

-   Must have  diploma or engineering degree in electrical & electronics from a recognized university

-   Must have 2-3 years experience in the implement projects in BMS, HVAC, CCTV in Tanzania

-   Must have  proven experience in working with TOP consultant in Tanzania

-   Must also posses all necessary skills in selling and implementing BMS PROJECTS IN VARIOUS REGIONS IN Tanzania

-   Fluent English and Kiswahili written and spoken

-   Excellent in communications with pleasant personality

2.       SALES AND SERVICE SUPPORT ENGINEER

-   Must have diploma or bachelor degree in electrical or electrical engineering and 2 years experience working in plant maintenance.  Posses strong working knowledge of electrical engineering and testing practice testing of LV switches and panels motors

-   Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills written and oral communications skills

-   Excellent in communications skills with pleasant personality
